Yes. We can set up workflows, post comments, maintain submittal/RFI logs and generate status reports using your permissions and naming conventions.

Currently remote-first. On-site support can be arranged with proper advance notice, site safety coordination and active General Liability coverage. If needed, we’ll confirm insurance and logistics prior to scheduling.
NOTE: only available for site visits with 20 miles of Washington, DC.

Relevant spec sections, current drawings (PDFs or Bluebeam Session access), prior comments, approved substitutions and platform access (Procore/SharePoint/Box). For Specs: Project TOC and front-end requirements (Div 00/01).

We sign your NDA if required. Files are handled via your preferred system (Procore/SharePoint/Box, etc.). We don’t share client materials or identify projects publicly.

Absolutely. We deliver under your brand (logos, report headers, filenames) when requested.

Invoices on delivery (or monthly for retainers), NET 15. ACH/Check preferred but can accept a variety of payment methods. Especially large or rush scopes may require a 30% deposit.

Yes. Unused hours roll over to the next month (one month maximum) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Work is remote, US wide, operating on Eastern Time. We align with your submission deadlines.

Our Terms of Service cap liability to fees paid for the specific service in question and include standard warranty disclaimers and indemnity language. for project-by-project work, see the limitation of liability clause in the engagement letter.
