    Vet up to 5 shop drawings for compliance with contract documents; annotated PDF and issue log

    Review up to 20 product data submittals (cut-sheets, specs); annotated comments & approval-ready summary

  • RFI Review

    Compile and format up to 5 RFIs; include suggested owner response language for faster turnaround

  • Punchlist Reporting

    Includes one cycle of punchlist reporting where I will walk with the GC (within 50mi of Washington, DC), review and verify their findings and provide a photomap with identified issues.

  • Monthly CA Retainer

    Hire me on retainer to do any type of CA related work. Minimum of 24 hours per month.

  • Administrative Support

    Update RFI and Submittal logs weekly with optional workload management.

  • Practice Management Support

    For smaller architecture practices, I will create branded standard operating procedure (SoP) documents including BIM execution plans (BXPs), ASI, Addendum and Construction Change Directives as well as templates for each.
